Abstract

This paper is intended to overcome the flaws and lacunae in the enquiries made by the Forest Officer under the Indian Forest Act or any other Officer appointed under the Act or under any other enactment related to the Forest. All the important provisions under forest laws, and civil procedure code are given in this article. They are to be complied with during the trial, investigation or the departmental disciplinary enquiry.
