A study of Dry-Wet Spell of Rainfall at Jhansi

Abstract

There are about 5-7 days when wet day follow wet day follow wet dry and 3-5 days when dry day occur after the wet days. Maximum number of rainy dys occur during July (12) and August (11). Conditional probability indicated that wet day preceded by wet is maximum in the month of August (0.55) followed by September (0.54).
