Abstract

Shoot tips collected from 50-55 days old in vitro seedlings of Eucalyptus globules Labill, were cultured on Murashige and Skoog’s medium containing BAP. BAP at 0.5 mgl-1 was found most effective in inducing multiple adventitious shoots. Rooting was best achieved in half-strength MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mgl-1 IAA and 0.5 mgl-1 IBA.
