Effect of Aflatoxin B1 on Nucleic Acid, Protein and Chlorophyll Synthesis in Sorghum Seeds

Abstract

This paper records the inhibition effects on the synthesis of nucleic acid, protein and chlorophyll contents of germinating Sorghum seeds treated with aflatoxin B1. The inhibition effects were found to be correlated with concentration of aflatoxin B1.
