Abstract

One year field performance of three identified poplar clones, i.e., Pupulus deltoides G-3, G-48 and P. x euromericana is compared with one locally grown unidentified clone. Results indicate significant superiority of identified clones over unidentified locally grown clone in their height and diameter growth. Non-significant growth differences between the three identified clones were also observed.
