Three species of Bazzania, viz., B. angustistipula N.Kitag., B. orientalis (Steph.) Parihar and B. pearsonii Steph. are recorded for the first time from the state of Nagaland. Detailed descriptions and illustrations of the three species are provided, along with identification key to the species of Bazzania known from the state.
