The family Juncaceae in Sikkim

Abstract

The paper deals with 34 species of Juncus L. and 6 species of Luzula DC. of the family Juncaceae Juss. known from Sikkim. A comprehensive taxonomic account of the family is presented along with key to genera, species and detailed description of each taxa. These taxa have been arranged in alphabetical order along with ecological notes and their range of distribution.
