Cleistanthus collinus, is drawing much attention due to its high caloric fuel-wood. In order to get better seedlings, an attempt has been made to establish a relationship between the seeds of different weight groups and their respective germination capacities. However, the finding did not show any phenomenon of direct correlation between seed size and quality seedlings. The distribution pattern of such different weight grouped seeds has also been discussed.
